Note: We do not handle or store credit card details as we offer cash or internet banking payment options only.

● provide quotes and/or for billing details & to ascertain courier rates for your area
● determine that you do not live outside of NZ as we only supply the local NZ market

If you choose not to divulge your current address location, we'll be unable to provide any quotes and the latest
courier rates until such time as we know if you live within NZ.

Using your personal information

We collect and use your personal information to:
● Provide you with the products and services you request or order.
● Tell you about our new products, services and promotions: for example,
    if you are opted-in to email marketing communications we may email you to let you know about new content you may be interested in.
● To establish which advertising methods work best to finding us.

Artwork: All files created by us and paid for by you or submitted to us are kept strictly confidential and are not
shared or used outside of Pick n Stick Designs Ltd. It is kept securely on file for access if/when you need us
to access it again for you.

Advertising: We do not use your artwork or designs to promote or advertise our services without your
express permission.

Changing your personal information

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be
corrected if you think it is incorrect or changed. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it

Comments and community contributions

We do not publicly display any other personal information in our community areas other than what you post
yourself on our Facebook page or on our Google listing as a review. We strongly advise that you do not post
your email address, home address, phone number or other personal information as part of your community

Sometimes, we might want to use the messages or reviews you post on our Facebook page or Google Reviews
for marketing material. If so, we will endeavour to get your permission before copying or quoting your message.

Disclosing your personal information

We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. But we will share your contact information
with trusted third parties that may work on our behalf to distribute our email or print communications. We also
share your contact information with trusted third parties in order to customise our marketing and advertising.
